For those of you who have not figured it out, the meals that are completely cooked and in the aluminum pans can be cooked frozen. I cooked it at 450 for about 30+ min.
So far I have done this with the:
Cheesy Tomato Penne Bake (cook with foil on so it won't dry out)
Chicken Enchilada (cook either way I did half on half off)
Chicken Pot Pie (be sure to remove plastic wrap under foil. I cooked it with foil off too)

Oh and I'm glad everyone like the Penne bake cause the next one is basically the same but with pepperoni on top :) No spiral pasta the Penne is cheeper :)
